         The laws of  Brazil guarantee the access to education but they aren enforced. We have schools with unprepared teachers  that  receive bad salaries. The goverment doesn't make good investiments in the education. For this reason, we have many problems with people not prepared to the  workmarket. Illiteracy  has been a problem even for the goverment to take a loan foreign banks .

          The country that wants to  develop needs  to invest in education. Development and education walk together  when we talk about the development of a country. Our country needs to learn this lesson.  Education represents a possibility of a better life to our citizens and to our country.

           Families that have a good condition have  to put their children in private schools since public schools are abandoned by the goverment.  in search for a good education people

           I have had two friends for many years. Their names are Francisco and Geraldo. I met Francisco in the Carnival in february in 1987. Since thisfirst meeting we have been together. I love him very much. He is very agreeable and outgoing. My second friend is my oldest brother. I agree with some psychologists beliefs that your place in the family can interfere your personality because this happened with my oldest brother. He takes on the role of my father. He helps me to work out all my problems. He is responsible, self-disciplined and dependable. 

           My two friends are part of my life. They are my advisors and I always expect them to give me only good examples. One similarity between my two friends is that they are peacekeepers. sometimes I lose my temper with my other siblings or even with my mother and they are always breaking up our fights. I think that they want my success like sister and daughter. For this reason, i obey and respect them.

            Sometimes I get surprised how I can like two people so different. My oldest brother gets up early to work. Then, he cultivates vegetables in his farm and he doesn't stop. H works hard. On the other hand, Francisco is very lazy. He sleeps all the time. When our house is full of children. He complains because they make noise and he can't sleep. Sometimes this lazyness disturbs me.

            I am not  feeling comfortable with this isssue, being with Francisco. but he is very intelligence. For this reason, I chose him to stay forever with me . And Geraldo is my brother and I consider him like a father.     

            Birth order explains the strong personality of many people. To be  the oldest, middle, youngest and only children bring  different caracteristics for their personality. The oldest children tend to be more responsible, self- disciplined and dependable . The youngest siblings expected that they set a good example. for these reason, they always take on more responsability. The parents transmite to the oldest children responsibilities about the youngest children . This can be a pain because sometimes they are treated like a their parents.
